You're not in a cage. But if you're taping boxes at eleven at night, you're not building a brand either. Proper is the production department and warehouse for apparel brands that outgrew doing it themselves. You source your blanks. We print, embroider, stock, pick, pack, and ship. You go do the work only a founder can do.

Sign at the show, we fly you out.
Every brand that signs a 12-month partnership at MAGIC gets the onboarding weekend in El Paso, on us. We move your inventory in, set your store up, and you watch your product run.

The partnership: twelve-month term, then month to month. We become your exclusive fulfillment and warehousing. On production you owe us nothing but a look. Bring us any competing quote and we get two business days to match it. If we can't, run it wherever you want.
Signing takes about four minutes. One page, on your phone, at the show. It locks your rate, your term, and your spot in the three. The full agreement follows within fifteen days, and nothing moves out of your warehouse until you've read and signed that too.
Who this is for
We're not a volume 3PL. We take on a small number of brands and run the whole operation: production, inventory, fulfillment, shipping. That only works when there's real volume behind it, so the partnership starts at 300 orders a month.
